SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

  • Because many of our products are consumable and custom made (teas, tinctures, elixirs), items are not eligible for return for safety reasons—unless there is a quality issue, damage or loss in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at earthbodyandlove@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Consumables (teas, tinctures, elixirs, powders)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items marked “final sale”

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email earthbodyandlove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid label (if applicable) and instructions.
  3. After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we cover shipping.
  • For preference-based returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • Orders ship in 2–4 business days (handmade/small-batch items).
  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES

  • We ship via USPS/UPS within the U.S. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

ADDRESS ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship (additional postage may apply). For lost packages, contact us at earthbodyandlove@gmail.com and we’ll assist with a carrier claim.
